Age and Identity Requirements

To register and use the 999ee platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. Each mobile number may only be associated with one 999ee account.
• You must not already hold an active 999ee account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared mentally incapacitated are not eligible.

Registration Obligations

When registering a 999ee account, you agree to the following obligations:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 999ee is not responsible for delays or errors arising from inaccurate registration details.
• You must keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

Avoid logging in from shared or public devices. 999ee staff will never ask for your full password or OTP through any communication channel including email, SMS, or social media. Any communication claiming to be from 999ee that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 999ee support immediately.

Deposit Rules

The following terms apply to all deposits made on the 999ee platform:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 999ee, though your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply its own transaction limits.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied. Your deposited amount is credited to your 999ee balance in full — 999ee charges no deposit fee.
• Funds deposited into your 999ee account may only be used for gaming activity on the 999ee platform. Deposited funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.

Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests on the 999ee platform:

• Withdrawals are processed to the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account associated with your 999ee account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or different mobile numbers are not permitted.

General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the 999ee platform unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999ee platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct match-fixing on sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any such winnings will be void and the account will be subject to immediate suspension.

Grounds for Suspension

999ee may suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by 999ee.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any illegal activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999ee support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed under responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are subject to a cooling-off period during which the closure cannot be reversed.

All content available on the 999ee platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 999ee. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or interest in any 999ee intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ee excludes liability for the following:
